Hunter Valley Resort

Welcome to the Hunter Valley Resort, Hunter Farm & Adventure Centre. We are not a large international chain. We are an independent family business of +30 years with two generations still working the business every day. Getting to the Wine Country is easy: Take the Wine Train from Sydney; or by car - 2 hours drive north of Sydney; or 1 hour from Newcastle Airport (NTL - direct services to Gold Coast, Brisbane and Melbourne). The resort has its own taproom, restaurant, winetasting, wine & cooking schools, candymaking classes, Hunter Wine Theatre, plus a range of excellent four-star rooms and cottages. Families and couples welcome. Surrounded by 55-year-old shiraz vineyards, it was completely refurbished in 2020/21.
