Also located in the heart of Mount Gambier is the famous Kilsby and Umpherston Sinkhole. The Kilsby Sinkhole is a phenomenal natural wonder with a unique history. The sinkhole is often used for recreational diving activities which commenced in the 1950s. Umpherston Sinkhole, also known as the sunken garden, was once a cave formed through the dissolution of the limestone. The sinkhole was created when the top of the chamber collapsed downwards. Now the topsoil down on the floor forms the perfect environment for the sunken garden. Wander the city centre and take in the heritage of the friendly and warm local town. There are plenty of local shops, restaurants, pubs, and cafes. 

Robe

Robe is one of the most charming holiday destinations in Australia. Robe is located along the Limestone Coast and is famous for its beautiful, secluded beaches including the 17km long Long Beach.
