Drivers & Tour Guides will receive the following allowances: 

When booking 5-10 rooms or less on the one booking: Driver Rate of $129 including dinner (2 course) and breakfast. When booking more than 10 rooms on one booking the 11th room is free, up to max 2 free rooms per group. Includes dinner (2 course) and breakfast. Driver and /or guide use only. When 4 or less rooms, standard rates apply.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE:

Meal Pre-ordering: On arrival day, orders to be phoned through by 10am. For reminder of stay, orders are required a minimum of 2 meal periods in advance. Eg: Dinner to be ordered at breakfast. Breakfast to be ordered at lunch day prior. Meal orders not received at specified time will be at the discretion of the Chef

CANCELLATIONS:

The Booking Cancellation charges are calculated as follows: Greater than or equal to 31 days prior to arrival will not incur any cancellation charges. Less than or equal to 30 days prior to arrival will incur a booking cancellation charge of 100% of the total booking package cost. No shows and cancellations after check-in - will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

NATIONAL PARKS PASS:

Trade partners are responsible for arranging passes directly with SA Parks. Fees are not included in the rates

RATES AND CHANGES:

Rates quoted are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and are subject to change at any time, without notice. Rates are inclusive of GST where applicable. Rates do not include any transfers, meals, tours or activities unless explicitly stated in the package promotion and terms and conditions. Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of price, which will be subject to a written advice on confirmation of the reservation.
